The Member agrees to furnish the necessary information and complete and attach the necessary documents to comply with any applicable laws, rules and/or regulations, including notifying the United States Principal Party In Interest (“USPPI”), as defined by the United States Foreign Trade Regulations in every transaction generated by the Member.
