世界遺産・富士山の構成資産である「河口浅間神社」や「富士御室浅間神社」は宿泊拠点である河口湖エリアにあり、河口湖には湖畔を歩くための歩行者専用道のウォーキングトレイルが整備されているので、構成資産と巡り合わせて「富士山と湖の眺望を楽しむ安全で快適なウォーキング」が可能です。

富士山の北側を取り囲む御坂山のトレッキングルートは富士山展望の特等席。
初心者向けから上級者向けまで様々なルートがありますが、比較的アクセス容易な三つ峠ルートがお勧めです。

“Kawaguchisengen-jinnjya shrine” and “Fujiomurosengen-jinjya shrine” are the constituting elements of the world heritage Mt. Fuji. These jinjya are located the tourist lodgment area along side of the lake Kawaguchi where well maintained pedestrian walking trail is provided at the edge of lake so that visitors can experience “the safety and comfortable walking while enjoying lookouts of the World heritage Mt. Fuji and the constituent elements”.

The trekking route along side the Northern skirt of Mt. Fuji is one of the best selections.
The variety of trekking routs intended for beginners to the advanced trekkers are provided, but Mitsutoge trekking route is recommended because of rather easy access.
