今日確認したところ、全く違うRugが届いていました。

このラグが届きました。写真も添付しました。

私は仕事の都合上、返送手配が一週間後になりそうです。

注文通りのラグを早急に届けて欲しい。
返送商品が届く前に、注文したラグを早急に届けて欲しい。
可能ですか？

新たに同じラグを再注文した方が到着は早いですか？

最近は納品の遅れ、御社都合のキャンセルなどトラブルが頻発しています。
今回は間違った商品を届けないように、発送者にしっかり伝えて下さい。

This was the rug that was delivered to me. I am also attaching a picture.

Mostly your corrections seem to be a matter of taste, though. I mean I don't think my translation is not that WRONG.

I just thought that it would be better if it the original text is not too altered since much of the original text were actually omitted. There were also parts that can be improved IMO. Ex. I attach a picture , before you receive the return , orders by your reasons, have been often happening. This might be one of those trickier translations. The other translation that you've completed though was really well written.
