私たちは保証書を同梱すること無く商品を出荷することはありませんが、無くなってしまったものは仕方ありません。
また、メーカーは説明書上で屋外における充電方法について事前に警告を行っています。おそらく表面温度が灼熱の太陽で60度を超えたのでしょう。
この状況で提案できることは、修理や交換を保証することはできませんが日本に商品を送ってもらい、私がメーカーと交渉を行うことです。検討をよろしくお願いします。
