I've been in the hospital due to some major back problems, I went to check the status of this package and it says it is being returned to sender. Did they give any reason why it was being returned instead of left with other packages I usually receive?

腰の具合がとても悪くて病院に入院しています。荷物の状況を確かめに行ったら、送り主に返送されたと記載されていました。他の荷物などと一緒に置いておくのではなく返送されたということで、配送会社の人は何か理由を述べていましたか？
