Before I give you feedback on Ebay I want an satisfying reaktion from you about the following case: On 3 sept. 2013 came the postman at my door with a parcel from you (3xKyosho 1/64 )Before I got the parcel from him I had to pay about 34,00 Euro= $ 44,58 tax penalty( Thats almost the half of the totall costs of the parcel/cars that I bought from you) BECAUSE the sender (You) had not wrote the/my postal code on the parcel and therefore an custum-house officer looked special at the parcel. The result was the BIG penalty. When my address and postal code were correct on the parcel I did'nt got that penalty. This parcel was then send, with all the other parcels to the many addresses in Holland.

以前にeBayの貴店舗に対する好評価を付けましたので今回の次の件について私の満足できる対応をしてくれることを望んでいます。9月3日に郵便職員が貴店舗から送付された小包(京商ラジコン1/64スケール3台)を持って私の家に来ました。小包を受取る前に約34ユーロ(44.58ドル)の違反税を支払わなければなりませんでした。(この金額は貴店舗からの購入金額の約半額に相当します)。送付元(貴店舗)が小包に郵便番号を記載しなかったために税関職員が特殊小包と見なしました。その結果がこの高い違反税です。私の住所と郵便番号が正しく小包に記載されていれば、違反税がかけられませんでした。この小包はその後に他の小包と一緒にオランダ各地に送られました。
