商品の発送について連絡いたします。
実はハードケースの在庫確認にミスがありました。現在、ハードケースについては商品在庫を切らしており、確認したところ問屋にもメーカーにも1点も在庫がありません。
これから制作をしますと10月末に商品が完成し、お客様へのお届けは11月上旬になりそうです。
お待ち頂けるのであれば、至急、商品制作の指示をメーカーに行います。
もし、お待ち頂くのが難しければ、商品代金を返金いたします。
ご希望をご返信ください。
ギターストラップは明日、発送いたします。

maker company と言う必要はありません。maker もしくは manufacturer
deliver は家に届けることです。郵便やさんや宅配さんが持ってきてくれる時をいいます。
until end of October → until を使うなら、その前を否定形にして「10月末までは出来上がらない」という文にする必要があります。
