If possible please try to speak with your Post Office and with anyone who could have picked up the item to be sure it is not being held or possibly misplaced.

To rule out any shipping errors please provide the shipping address you were expecting the item to be delivered to so that we can be sure it matches what was given to us by Amazon for shipping.

Please also let us know if any items have been delivered that you did not order so we can be sure you were not mailed the wrong order or another buyer's order by mistake.
