Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Cinetics will refund the cost of your item minus the cost of shipping. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Cinetics.
To request a return, please send us an email at returns@test.com with order number and reason for return. Please wait for your return authorization number and return address before sending anything back to us.
Warranty
Cinetics products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage to the product. This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product.
返品
新品未開封の商品は配送から30日以内に返品することが可能です。Cineticsはご返品された商品の代金から配送料を差し引いた額をご返金いたします。Cineticsへの返品の際の配送料はご購入されたお客様にご負担いただいております。
返品依頼の際は注文番号と返品理由を添えてreturns@test.com宛にメールを送信してください。返品承認番号と返品先住所をお送り致しますので、返品はそれまでお待ちください。
保証
Cineticsの製品には原材料及び施工に起因する商品不良について当初購入日から1年間の保証をお付けしております。ただし、傷など外観上の不良については保証対象となりません。本保証は製品を当初ご購入いただいたエンドユーザーにのみ適用されます。
