ＪＮＴＯが10月にもジャカルタに事務所設置

日本政府観光局（ＪＮＴＯ）が７月２３日に、インドネシア外務省より事務所設置に係る承認を得た。今後、現地での法人格取得等の諸手続きを経て、早ければ本年１０月に事務所を開設する見込み。同事務所はJNTOの14か所目の海外拠点となる。

インドネシア市場は注目される東南アジア域内でも最大の人口を有し、昨年訪日客数が初めて１０万人を突破するなど、成長著しい市場として注目されている。現在、インドネシアはシンガポール事務所が管轄している。

JNTO will establish Jakarta office in October

Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) has acquired the approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia regarding the establishment of the Jakarta office on July 23. From now, JNTO will be working through procedures for acquiring the corporate status etc, and it will be expected to establish the Jakarta office in October this year at the earliest. The office will become the 14th overseas office.


The Indonesian market has the greatest population among the markets attracting the attention in the Southeast Asian region. In last year, the Indonesian tourists visited Japan exceeded one hundred thousand at the first time in the history which lead to draw great attention as the burgeoning market. At present, the Singapore office exercises jurisdiction over Indonesia.
