SHIPPING: All orders FOB Poway, CA USA. Standard shipping by UPS Ground (unless otherwise specified). Shipping, handling, insurance and COD charges added to order. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser. Claims for merchandise damaged or missing in transit must be filed immediately with the carrier

All returns must be pre-authorized by Bal Manufacturing; a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from invoice date. Return shipments must be freight pre-paid. Refused shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to freight charges. Returned items must be returned in original condition

全ての返品はBal Manufacturing社の事前承認がなければなりません。全ての返品には返品手数料15％が課せられます。請求書発効日から90日を超過した返品は受け付けません。返品輸送費は元払いでなければなりません。出荷中止などは輸送費に加えて出荷中止手数料10％が課せられます。返品は元の状態で返品されなければなりません。
