Because the cardboard box was so thin and long, the heads were offset to the side. Two heads rubbed together and it left scratching. In the future, please place the items in a square box and include ample cushioning so that the heads don't contact one another. I know it may be a hassle, but our high profile customers have a keen eye for perfection. Please understand. For you as well, the less trouble there is in this respect, the more you can avoid losses.
