細長いダンボールのため、Headが端っこに片寄り、Head同士が当たってキズになると思われます。今後は四角のダンボールに入れて、Head同士が当たらないように、しっかり緩衝材を詰めてください。お手数をおかけしますが、日本の顧客はチェックが非常に厳しいのでご理解ください。あなたも、不具合が少なくなれば、損をしないと思います。どうかご協力を宜しくお願い致します。

I think the reason is in the packaging.
Since it was a long and narrow cardboard the head was inclined to the edge and right where the head was is where the damage is. From now on please put it in a square box with lots of cushioning so the head won't hit anything. I know this is a bother but please realize that Japanese customers are extremely picky in checking the details.You also won't have any losses if you reduce the number of problems they have.
