I can recall an occasion of some very low transformer hum (Not on the outputs) which vanished on changing the voltage selector switch and back again, I could not get this problem to materialize prior or during to advertising.
Could this problem have been caused by transit (including altitude change) which I have had no control over.
As a guesture of good will I would consider a contribution of good will payment of GDP £xx.00 towards this faulty component on production of a receipt (scanned)and emailed to [e-mail]

スイッチで電圧を切り替えると消えるが、再び鳴り出す変圧器の非常に低いブーンという音（出力側では出ません）がでた時のことが思い出されます。製品の宣伝前、及び宣伝中はこの問題を再現することができませんでした。
本件は輸送中の高度の変化を含め、輸送により生じた問題と思われますため、対処することができませんでした。
今回製品についている欠陥部品を受け取り、テックし、xxxx＠xxxx。子mへめ善意のしるしとして、GDPXX.00ポンドを、お支払いさせて頂くつもりです。
