日本旅行業協会（JATA）海外旅行推進部と香港政府観光局は、8月に大阪、名古屋、福岡で「香港展示会・見本市セミナー」を開催する。

セミナーでは、旅行業者などを対象に、展示会や見本市をどのようにビジネスにするかを解説。日本企業が香港での展示会・見本市に出展する意義、ビジターとして買い付けに行く意義を紹介する。
香港政府観光局からMICEに対するサポート体制や、香港で開催されている展示会・見本市の特徴などを説明。
また香港貿易発展局が各展示会や旅行業界へのサポートについて講演を行なう。

The JATA Overseas Travel Promotion Department and the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will jointly hold the “Hong Kong Exhibition & Trade Fair Seminar” in August at Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

The seminar will provide a opportunity mainly for the travel agencies, etc and explain how to connect the exhibition and the trade fair with the business of travel industry.
It also provide for the significance of Japanese travel agencies participating the exhibition and the trade fairs being held in Hong Kong and visiting as a buyer ..
The HKTB will provide the explanations of the supporting system for the MICE and the features of the exhibitions and the trade fairs being held in Hong Kong.
Further, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will address the speed in supporting activities for the respective exhibition and the travel industry.
