我々が販売したXboxのゲームソフトは日本製ですが、「PAL」方式「NTSC」方式の両方で使用

できるゲームソフトなので、住んでいる国による影響はありません。

今回、購入者が住んでいる国が「PAL」方式の国であるという理由で返金要求を受けた。

購入者が住んでいる国でも使用できる商品なので返金する必要がありません。

それでも購入者が返金を要求する場合、未開封であることを条件にこちらが支払った送料は

購入者に負担してもらいたい。

The Xbox game software we sold is Japanese-made, but is compatible with both PAL and NTSC, so the country in which the user lives has no bearing on its usability.
In this situation, the buyer's listed reason for repayment is that his/her country uses PAL.
Since the software can be used in irrespective of the country we are not obligated to provide a refund.
That notwithstanding, if the buyer would like repayment, the item can be returned here in an unopened state (seal unbroken) and we will refund the purchase. However, the purchaser must bear the price of postage.
