The example is found below.

Since the package has encountered a problem, I thought it would be more fitting to use 'safely' for the term '無事に'. This japanese word could actually mean a lot of things such as; successfully, peacefully, safely among others.

Your translation about the 'shipping fee' is very nice. I like it. I made a few tweaks with the following since though.
