返品についてのご連絡です。

商品説明にも書いてありますが、商品価格に税金は含まれていません。

しかし、受け取り時に予想外のVATが課せられてしまったことに私は大変申し訳なかったと思います。


返品の場合は商品が日本に到着してから返金処理が行われます。


もしくはVATはこちらで負担しますので、通関手数料だけお客様に負担して頂き、商品の受け取りをお願い出来ないでしょうか？



その時はVATの書類を写真かスキャナでメッセージの下のファイルから添付して頂ければ速やかにVAT分を返金します。

This is a notice about a product return.

The price of a product doesn't include tax as a product description shows.

But I'm really sorry that you were imposed on unexpected VAT when receiving the product.

In case of return, refunding will be dealt with after an arrival of the product to Japan.

Or we defray VAT, so could you receive the product only with a charge of a customs clearance fee?

If so, we'll refund the amount of VAT as soon as you attach the documents of VAT through the file under the message with a picture or a scanner.
