You should remember that every time you click “Bid” or “Buy It Now” button (that is make an order), you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item from the seller and it is reasonable to negotiate with the seller and ask them questions (and also specify shipping charges and the address where to ship the item) before making yourself obliged to pay.

Please, keep in mind that the seller may open an unpaid item case against you if you do not pay for your item within 2 days (you will see it in Resolution center) and if you do not pay within 4 more days, you may get an unpaid item record on your account.
