（全額返金済み）
ところがバイヤーから連絡が商品が届いたので商品代を請求してほしいと連絡がありました。
御社から再度請求をして頂くことは可能でしょうか？
これはどのように対応すればよろしいでしょうか？

But the buyer claimed that product was arrived so he/she wants to purchase it again.
Is it possible for your to bill it again?
