私は6月29日、御社で開かれる、"Antiques, Fine Art & Collectables"のセールで出品されるlot＃xxxに入札したいです。
でも私は日本に住んでいますので、会場に出向くことができません。
もし、不在者入札をすることが可能でしたら、その方法を教えて下さい。
お返事をお待ちしています。

I would like to participate in the bidding of the lot # xxx, which will be listed in the sales of "Antiques, Fine Art & Collectables" held at your company on June 29.
As I live in Japan, I will not be able to go to the site.
If it is possible to for me to bid earlier by mail or in other way, please kindly let me know how to do that.
