To set Buyer Requirements from My eBay:




In the "Selling Preferences" section, click "Show" next to "Buyer requirements."

Click "Edit" to add, remove, or change which buyers would be blocked.

Select the options you'd like to apply as your buyer requirements.





You may still contact the seller to see if they would be willing to make an exception for your situation. Also, since you do have multiple Unpaid Item Strikes on your account, you may try to appeal these strikes.

To appeal Unpaid Item Strikes, please follow the steps below:

“How to appeal”
Select the link to the online Unpaid Item Appeal form
“I want to appeal an Unpaid Item”
Select the item that has a case/strike, then follow all directions afterwards
