多言語コールセンターを運営する「ブリックス」（東京）は１１日、東北・関東大地震で被災した外国人向けに、英語や中国語、韓国語などを通訳する無料電話サービスを２４時間体制で始めた。
助けを求める外国人が役場や避難先などで自治体職員らとやりとりする際に、電話をすれば間に立って通訳する。午前９時から午後８時までは３言語に加え、ポルトガル語とスペイン語でも対応する。通訳サービスの電話番号は０５０（５８１４）７２３０。
Brics Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) that runs multi-language call center announced on March 11 that it started free telephone service for non-Japanese who has been affected by the Tohoku-Kanto earthquake. The translation service is available for 24 hours a day in several languages including English, Chinese and Korean.
