Surdyke.com no longer ships or accepts international orders or international credit cards OR Non-US Verified PAY PAL TRANSACTIONS.

Please note that our system uses address verification to confirm your credit card. Internationally based credit cards do not have address verification systems. Even after the address is changed to a U.S. address on an originally international card the address verification system will not work. These policies are the same for international Paypal accounts.

In order for your transaction to work with our system the credit card must be originally based out of a U.S. state AND must ship to a VALID U.S. Address and you do not intend to RE-SELL OR EXPORT.

私たちのシステムは住所確認によるクレジットカードの認証を行っていますのでご注意ください。海外ベースのクレジットカードは住所確認機能がありません。元々海外で発行されたカードの住所を米国内のものに変更しても、住所確認システムは機能しません。これらの規則は海外PayPalアカウントについても同様です。

お客様の取引が完了するためには、クレジットカードが最初に米国内の州において発行され、かつ有効な米国内住所へ発送され、再販売もしくは輸出を目的としないことが必要です。
