私が注文をした時には書類の提出の連絡を貰っていません。
商品代金を支払いが完了したら発送していただけるとの連絡だけでした。
到着を待ちましたが、届かないので連絡をしました。あなたからは書類がないから送れないとの返事でした。
注文をした時に書類の提出を連絡してくれれば、すぐに提出して商品を受け取ることができました。
支払いをしてから20日以上経っている為、クレジットカードの支払い期限がきても商品は届かないでしょう。
今回は一度キャンセルをしていただきpaypalへの払い戻しを希望します。

I did not receive the request of submission of documents when I made the order.
The only message I received is that the product would be delivered once payment completed.
So I waited for the arrival, and now I contacted with you since the product have not arrived yet. Then you replied that you could not deliver the product without the necessary documents.
If you told me about the submission of documents when I placed the order, I was able to submit immediately and might have already received the products now.
Because it has passed more than 20 days from the payment, the products will not be delivered due to the limit period of credit card payment.
Now I would like to cancel the order and get refunded to paypal.
