春夏商品を今月末に必ず入荷しなくてはいけません。メーカーにいつ出荷ができて、そして、オーダーした数に対していくつ出荷可能かという状況を来週中に確認してください。また、20日以降の出荷可能商品は、混載便ではなく、個別輸送で出荷して下さい。
添付ファイルのインボイスにTシャツを3個追加して修正したインボイスを発行してください。恐らく支払い済み請求書の未入荷分の金額になると思います。もし、金額が多い場合はメーカーに問題があったのでディスカウントお願いします。

Spring/Summer collections need to be delivered by the end of this month. Please kindly let us know by the end of next week, when and how many items out of our ordered q'ty the supplier will be able to ship out. Also, please make sure to ship them by separate delivery, not by consolidated delivery.
We would like you to add 3 T-shirts in the attached invoice and issue the revised version. The remaining balance would probably sum up to the equivalent price of the items we have not received yet, described in the paid bill. If the amount would exceed the above mentioned balance, please negotiate with the supplier for discount for the trouble they caused us.
