通常誰もが陥りやすいパターンを持っている為、自己の持つパターンを参加者が認識する事は、その後の参加者の生活の中で参加者がそのパターンから抜け出す意図をもった際に有効ではないかという仮説を立ててワークショップを設計した。そして、参加者のその後のフィードバックで有効かどうかを判断する事となった。

We planned a workshop on the assumption that peopl normally choose the same
patterns so that identifying one's pattern would be effective when people later want to get out of the set patterns in their daly lives.
Then, we decide to judge the assumption through participant's feedback.
