現在、前田電機グループの皆様は以下の事を心配しています。
・東北電力からの回答は今月中にあるものと推測
・その後、速やかに工事計画を届ける必要がある。（着工の３０日前まで）
・電気主任技術者を事業者として採用する必要がある
・事業者として、保安計画の届け出をする必要がある
・これらのことは、すべて事業者側が行わなければならない
・にもかかわらず、皆さんが日本に設立した会社内には誰も社員がいない

*After that we have to propose the work plan rapidly (by 30 days before starting the work).
*We have to employ an electrical chief engineer as a business operator.
*The business operator has to bring forth a security plan.
*The business operator side must treat all these affairs.
*Despite all these issues to be settled, there is no staff in the company you had set up. ここの意味？
