金融危機以来、各国政府は民間機関の債務を政府、つまり納税者の債務にスライドする事で、実は問題の先送りしているのである。要は緊急避難場所を住処としている事と同じだ。もしこのままなら再び経済における大地震が発生し、人々の生活が倒壊する事は免れない。
　組織も同じだ。平素から問題を吸い上げ、うまく機能している事から再考していくことだ。天災は起こる前に、人災は日々の生活の中で回避する事が出来るはずだ。個人でも平穏な時こそ、今の状態を分析する努力が必要ではないだろうか。

After the financial crisis, many Governments simply rolled over the problems by moving private debt to national, taxpayer’s burden. It is like living at the emergency shelter. If things are left as it is, mega earthquake would hit the economy again; we cannot avoid destroying people’s living.
You can say the same thing to Organizations. You need to re-examine things that are working well, despite its problems. You can avoid Natural Disaster before it happens, Manmade Disaster during our daily livings. As for individual, you need to make efforts to analyze current situation while things are uneventful.
