①日本から昨日EasyToBook.comを使ってそちらのホテルを予約しました
事情があり予約をキャンセルすることになりご連絡させていただきましたEasyToBook.comは24時間前まで、無料でキャンセルができるとのことでした
EasyToBook.comにもキャンセルの連絡はしていますが念のためホテルの方にもご連絡させていただきます
②昨日こちらのサイトからホテルの予約をしましたクレジットカード情報も入れたのですが、確認のメールが届きません
不安なのでキャンセルをお願いします

1)Yesterday, I used EasyToBook.com to make a reservation at your hotel.
Circumstances have arisen and I will have to cancel. When I contacted EasyToBook.com
they told me that I could cancel for free with 24 hours notice.
I've let EasyToBook.com know that I'm cancelling, but I thought I should contact the hotel as well just to make sure.
2)I made a reservation with this site yesterday. I entered my credit card details but I didn't receive a confirmation mail.
I'm a little uneasy about it, so I'm requesting a cancellation.
