私はアメリカのペイパルアドレスを持っていないため、支払いができない状態です。
しかし落札商品の発送先はアメリカ国内ですので
もし可能ならば私が支払いできるようにペイパルの設定を変更していただけますか？
できないようでしたら落札をキャンセルしていただきたいです。

As I don't have a Paypal address in the U.S., I cannot may payment now.
But the address to which I will send the item I got on the auction is in the U.S.
So, if possible, could you change my Paypal address setting so that I can make payment?
If not, I would like to cancel my successful bidding this time.
