このたび、御社製品を販売していたところ、権利侵害を行っているとのことで審査者より指摘の連絡を受けました。
理由としては我々の落ち度として、販売が禁止されている商品であることを未確認だったためです。まず、現在取り扱い中の御社商品については既にすべて出品削除を行いました。念のため、再度全商品を確認し、同様の出品が無いかを確認します。
また、御社製品の取り扱いは、今後一切取りやめるとともに、今後は同じ事が起こらないよう、社内で情報共有と再発防止をルール化いたします。

It is our fault, because we didn't make sure that the product has been prohibited to be sold anymore. So we applied to delete all of your products from our list first. We will make sure that we don't have any other similar product by checking all of the products we have, just in case.
