私はFayolについて調べたいと思います。Fayolはフランス人であり
地質学者と経営学者の２面を持っていました。1841年に生まれ1925年になくなりました。
彼は若い時に鉱山会社に技師として入社しました。そして実績が認められ社長に
就任することになります。しかしその時会社が非常に苦しい状況にありました。
彼はそこで経営やmanagementの才能も発揮して倒産しそうな会社を見事に復活させます。

I want to know and investigate abour Fayol. He was French, and had a dual faces as a geologist and business scholar. He was born in 1841 and died in 1925. When he was young, he got a job as an engineer of a mining company. He was finally became the president of the company because of his eminent ability. However, it was when the company was in a difficult managing situation.
He exhibited his ability of management to the maximum and saved the almost dead company.
