先にあなたに購入していただいた3個は、別の取引先から集めて、わたしが責任をもってあなたにお届け致します。それ以外の17個は、大変申し訳ございませんがキャンセルとさせてください。

I have just received a notice from a domestic supplier, informing us that the supplier canceled all the ordered 20 units of ○○. As such, it became impossible for me to ship 20 units of ○○ to you.
As for the 3 units which you bought before, I will get them from other suppliers and will surely ship 3 units to you at my responsibility. As for the rest of 17 units, unfortunately, please accept the cancel.
