第1条 (秘密保持の対象)
1．本契約における秘密保持の対象は、第4条の有効期間中に、甲からの依頼に係る翻訳・校閲業務 (以下、「本業務」という。) を乙が遂行するにあたり、乙が知り得た次の情報及び資料 (以下、「秘密情報」という。) とする。
1)甲が、乙が本業務を適切及び円滑に遂行するために、乙に対し、口頭又は書面で提供する一切の情報及び資料
2)乙が本業務を遂行する過程において、視覚、聴覚等の手段を問わず知り得た甲の一切の情報

Article 1 (The subject/s of confidentiality)
1. The subject/s of confidentiality in this contract refers to, while Article 4 is still in effect, translation or revision works pertaining to requests from Party A (referred to as "the work" hereafter), upon execution of Party B; and the following information and materials known to Party B (referred to as "confidential information" hereafter).
1) All information and materials provided orally or in writing from Party B to Party A, for Party B to carry out work properly and smoothly
2) In the process of Party B executing the work, information from Party A acquired regardless of means, such as seeing or hearing
