起動時にパスワード画面が出てしまうのは、購入レシートがサーバーに送信できなかった場合、購入トランザクションを明示的に完了させていないためです（finishTransactionを明示的に呼んでいません）こうすることによって、購入状態の不整合を防ごうとしています。

A page for password confirmation on starting-up time pops up because purchase transactions are not terminated on purpose in case purhcase receipts can't be sent to a server. (Finish transaction is not called for on purpose.) By doing that, inconsistency with the initial condition is being avoided.
