The below is my example of revision.

・ the number of farmers are decreasing as well as they are aging.
・ Lack and monopoly of food prevailing across the world

原文の形式に拘ってはいけません。
大事なのは、メッセージがちゃんと伝わっているかの問題です。
ターゲット語の形式さえ適切であればオッケーなのです。
つまり、
（内容）　原文　→　ターゲット語　(翻訳の最終目的であるため、ちゃんと伝わらないと困ります）
（形式）　ターゲット語の形式さえ合っていれば、原文の形式はどうでもいいのです。どうせ原文の形式はターゲット語に残っても意味がありません。
