先日、購入したチェンソーにガソリンが残っていたため転送会社から日本へ送れず、商品を返品しましたが、まだその返金を受けていません。
また、このたび購入した商品の中にもオイル漏れのため日本へ発送できないものが4ピースあり、これらも返品しますので、併せて返金していただきたいと考えています。このとき返品の送料を負担していただきたいのですが可能でしょうか。
そして私は今後もあなたがたから商品を買いたいので、このようなトラブルがないようにして欲しいと考えています。よろしくお願いします。

I haven't received the refund for the item that I returned the other day. It was a chain saw and the forwarding company was not able to ship it to Japan since it contained some gasoline in it.

Also,since oil was leaking, 4 pieces of the items I purchased this time can not be shipped to Japan and I will return them to you. Please give me a refund all together. Is it possible for you to cover the return shipping fee ?
As I would like to continue to purchase items from you, I would appreciate it if there could be less problems in the future.
