もうすぐコールセンター業界歴30年になります。コールセンター関連文書でした...

こちらの商品は追跡番号はありません。そのために送料無料になってます。
先のメールで画像を追加してお知らせしたように、確かに商品は発送しました。
しかし、出品ページに送料無料のために追跡番号がないことは明記しませんでした。
そこで商品代金の全額を返金します。
商品が無事に到着したら、そのまま受け取って下さい。よろしいでしょうか？

As we informed you with some photo, we have confirmed we have already shipped you this product.
