この商品の発売予定日は2013年3月31日です。
発送まで今しばらくお待ちください。
購入者は悪質なクレーマーです。
配送の不手際は購入者またはシンガポール郵便局にあるにも関わらず
私の責任にし評価を下げました。
商品を受け取っていないとクレームを立て全額返金を要求していますが、
商品は今購入者の手元にあります。
私の評価とクレームを取り消してほしいです。

The buyer is a vicious claimer.
Even though the buyer or Singapore’s post office was responsible for the issue, he blamed on me and gave a bad rating.
He claims that he has not received the product, asking for a full refund, but he has the product right now.
I would like to have the claim and the bad rating erased.
Is there a word limit to Respond to Feedback?
