I have received late thisafternoon, the sailing schedule which is every Tuesday, container closing time is Monday 12noon Lcl bound for Tokyo, from YKH International Logistics Corp.,the Manila forwarding agent of I.F.S.

Because our place is Legazpi City, 11 to 12hrs by land to Manila, it is impossible to catch up even the closing time Monday, for this week's tuesday sailing which is tomorrow. I have adviced then, Ms. Remy Marbid of YKH for the next sailing which is next tuesday, March 5, but I am asking if there is an earlier sailing schedule.

Please be informed, Manila Forwarding agent of I.B.S.has already called regarding your shipment and will be sending to us the schedule anytime.

今日の午後に受け取りました。
出荷のスケジュールは毎週火曜日で、コンテイナの締め切り時間は月曜日の正午１２時で東京に向かいます。YKH国際ロジスティクスコーポレーション、I.F.S.のマニラにあるフォワーディングの代理店からです。

我々の所在地がLegazpiシティ（マニラから陸移動で１１〜１２時間）なので、月曜のコンテイナの締め切り間に合わせる事は恐れながら不可能です（今週の木曜日の届け＝今週の火曜日の出荷と考慮）。
ここでアドバイスがあります、YKHのRemy Marbid氏、次の出荷が来週の木曜日（３月５日）ですが、現在もう少し出荷時間を早められないか頼んできます。

なのでご承知いただきたいのですが、I.F.S.のマニラにあるフォワーディングの代理店へ貴方の出荷について連絡をしており、我々にスケジュールをもうすぐ送ってくださるはずです。
