彼はエイリア学園のチーム「ザ・ジェネシス」のキャプテンを務めており、その際は「グラン」と言う名前を使用しています。
赤髪をしており、基山ヒロトとグランと名乗る時では髪型が異なる所が特徴です。
彼は円堂との戦いを通して仲間について考え始め、仲間の凄さを知ります。そのため、円堂を通して変わっていく彼に注目して欲しいです！
また、とても父親思いな面を持っています。父親を大事に思っている基山は心優しい少年なんだなと私は思っています。
同人誌では円堂と一緒に描かれているものが多いです！

As peculiarity, he has red hair of two different styles which alternate in accordance with each names he bears, Hiroto Motoyama and Gran.
He started to think about his peers through a game with Endo, and realized greatness of them. So I want you pay attention to his change through Endo!
