・臨泣
　【部位】　俠谿穴の後２寸、第４中足骨外縁、足根骨の少し前にある。この穴は八総穴の中で最も圧痛のでやすい所なので、強く押さないように注意する。
　【取穴の順序】
（1） 第5中足指節関節の後内側より内側の方向に走っている腱を確認する。
（2） その腱の外縁に沿って後にずらしていく。
（3） 第４中足骨外縁と交わった所に取る。
・内関
　【部位】　大陵穴の上方２寸にあり。この穴は外関穴と表裏を為しており、前腕掌面の中央あたりで、下橈尺関節上縁の反応を目当てに 取る。
