Toaru Kagaku no INDEXでの主人公です。彼の右手はすべての異能を無効化するという幻想殺し（イマジンブレイカー）の力が宿っています。そのため極度の不幸体質で、不幸を呼び込みやすくなってしまっています。

口癖が「不幸だー！！」しかし、この男、女性関係になると途端に強運を発揮します。パンチラや、入浴・脱衣シーンによく遭遇しています。けしからん！

性格は、困っている人を見かけると、猪突猛進してしまうタイプです。

He is a protagonist of Toaru Kagaku no INDEX. His right hand has a power of an imagine breaker which disables all different abilities. Thus, he is an extremely unfortunate character and easy to involve himself into miseries.

He has a habit of saying "I am so unhappy!!". However, he suddenly shows a lot of luck on the female relationship. He often comes across panty glimpses or women who taking a bath or taking off clothes. Damn!

He is a man who can't help but rush recklessly when he finds someone in trouble.
