靴輸入に関しては、検査合格した商品のみが、店頭で販売することができます。従ってサンプル検査の段階で問題が発生して、オーダー発注後にバルク生産に関してメーカーとの確認し問題点を変更できない場合は、オーダーキャンセルというのがフーズ社内方針になっています。その為輸入代行にあたりまして問題点を防ぐために添付ファイルの取決めをしました。メーカーに対してこちらの方針を伝えること、この方針に従って対応できるメーカーかどうかを判断すること、量産の日程までを確認することです。

As for import of shoes, only shoes that passed the trial can be sold at shops. Thus, when any problems are found at the step of trial for samples, we will check with the manufacturer on bulk production. If we could not solve the problem, we, Foods, have a company policy that we would order the cancel. For this reason, we have come to an agreement as an import agency which is described in the attached file to prevent troubles.
The agreement includes the followings:
-We inform our policy to a manufacturer.
-We check if the manufacturer follows our policy.
-We confirm a schedule until mass production.
