私はより信頼関係に重点を置いて、Ctとコミュニケーションをとる事ができると思う。私はクライアントの全体とより一緒にいる事ができると思う。なので言葉で引き出してHCするのではなく、依然やっていた様にEのレベルのみに寄り添う事も選択の一つとして私は取り入れる事ができると思う。

以前の私は、食事を作るのもとても強い意図が必要で大変であった。

実際、母親が許可しそうな食べ物ではなく、私は好きな食品を食べられる様になってきた。そして私は家族や自分の食事を作るのがとても楽になった。

I think I can communicate with Ct, focusing more on reliable relationship. I think I can be more close to whole of the client. So, I think I can have an option to choose getting closer only at E level like I was doing before. And not doing HC by pulling out with words.

I was having a hard time in the past as I needed strong intention to make even breakfasts.

In fact, I became able to eat whatever I like rather than eating whatever I think my mother would allow. Also, I am more relax about making breakfasts for me and my family.
