お世話になっております。
前にも物損がありましたが、しっかりと対応してもらえませんでした。

今回はしっかりとした対応お願い致します。
何度も荷物事故があっては困ります。

１・レンズ80-400　外傷があり使用できません。
完全に壊れています。

2・箱にもへこみがあり本体の電源が入りません。
売り手の方はしっかり確認し出荷したそうです。

両方ともに外傷もあるのでご対応してください。

There was property damage in products before. However, you did not take care that properly.

Please, give us better support this time.
It is so awkward to face the same problems like that.

1. From 80 to 400 lenses are damaged and not usable. The damage is severe.

2. There is dents in boxes, so it cannot turn the switch on. In spite of the fact that their seller checked products and sent them out.

Please, do something for the problem. Both products has scratch in its surface.

Your cooperation would be highly appreciated.

気になった点をいくつか書きます。
「It is so awkward to face the same problems like that.」>>>「You can't keep repeating these packaging errors.」
「1. From 80 to 400 lenses are damaged and not usable.」意味が違ってきますので、>>>「1. Lens 80-400 has outer damage and cannot be used. It's completely broken.」
「2. There is dents in boxes, so it cannot turn the switch on. In spite of the fact that their seller checked products and sent them out.」>>>「2. There is a dent on the box and it doesn't turn on. The seller said they checked the item well before shipping.」
「Please, do something for the problem.Both products has scratch in its surface.Your cooperation would be highly appreciated. 」訳が良くないので、>>>「Both products have external damage so please make arrangements to fix these problems.」

ただ、単に例文を示すのでは無く、キチンとどの様にして私の訳文が駄目なのか、意味を説明して下さい。星二つ分の評価は可成り辛口ですから、それなりの文法的でかつまた、英語文化的な納得の行くご指摘をお願い致します。

それと、頻繁に改行を入れていただけませんか？ 非常に読みづらいです。
