書類の方なのですが１点、注意事項があります。

登録住所はビザのものになっていますが銀行から送られてくる取引明細書の住所の地区の名前と郵便番号が違っています。

私が住んでいる地区はこの２通りの呼び名と郵便番号があるらしく、よってどちらも同じ住所になります。

もちろん、どちらの住所の記載でも郵便物は届いております。

若干煩雑でお手数おかけする自体になっていて申し訳ないのですが、手続きの方をよろしくお願い致します。

There's one thing I'd like you to know.

The registered address is the same as the one written on my visa, and it's a little different from the one written on a bank statement. The zip code and district name are different.

It seems like my district has two different names and zip codes but they mean exactly the same address.

Whichever addresses are used, mail is delivered to me without any problems.
