彼女は副ゼミ長としてチームをまとめる立場だった。国際機関でのインタビューでも他の生徒達が躊躇している中、彼女は気圧されず率先して発言し、議論を促進した。研修の約２か月後には、研究成果を発表するイベントが開催された。時間がない焦りから、生徒同士衝突する場面もあったが、都度彼女はゼミ長と連携し、問題に真正面から立ち向かっていた。この代のゼミ生の結束力はとても強かったと認識している。生徒達は発表内容を如何に「聴衆にとってわかりやすい形」にまとめるか苦労していた。

In the interview with the international organisation, while other students hesitated to speak, she spoke up proactively and facilitated the discussion. Approximately 2 months after the training, the event that presented the research results were carried out. Students clashed at times due to lack of time, but each time that happened, she coordinated with the leader of the seminar and tackled the problem head-on. I am aware that the students in the seminar of this year worked together as a cohesive group. The students were having a hard time to summarise the presentation contents into something that would be "easily understood by the audience."
