It is likewise a condition of this contract that in the events the LESSEE should pre-terminate this contract before the expiration date, the LESSOR shall have the right to forfeit the two (2) months deposit in the possession of the LESSOR at the time of termination of contract by way of damage for the breach of contract including forfeiture of his no- interest bearing deposit equivalents to two (2) months rental; After the expiration of the contract the two (2) months deposit will be returned to the LESSEE after thirty (30) days and after deducting whatever unpaid bills ( electricity, telephone bills and damage to the property).

同様に、借主が契約満了前に契約を事前解約する場合、賃主は２か月の賃貸に対する保証金等価物にかかる無利息の罰金を含む契約違反のための損害として、契約打ち切り時点で賃主の所持品における２か月分の保証金を没収する権利がある。契約打ち切り後、２か月分の保証金は３０日後と未払い請求（電気代、電話代、所有物の損害）等が控除された後に借主へと返金される。
